We pack and dispatch every order within 48 hours of you placing it. Metro cities usually see it in 2–4 business days, everywhere else in 3–7. The moment it leaves our hands, you get a tracking link — no need to message us asking where it is.

7 days from the day your order is delivered. The item needs to come back unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging — trying it on for size is fine. Full detail in our Refund Policy.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer can take a few more days to post it on their end.
